Originally from Venezuela, our Cocoa comes from the Criollo family, the rarest and most sought after of all cocoas for its sweet and few bitter taste.
Lightly and quickly fermented, our cocoa is unroasted so as not to destroy its nutritional properties, then dried naturally in the shade.

Usage tips :
